Hosting

Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. The site files are stored in the AWS Paris (France) region and delivered through the Amazon CloudFront content delivery network.

Your contact request

The form prepares a message in your own email app. The site sends nothing automatically and does not store what you type: 1239 Security receives the message only if you send it yourself. Do not include passwords or sensitive data.

Personal data

Data controller: 1239 Security, at the address above.

Data processed: what you write in your message (name, company, email address, content of the request). Purpose: to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. Legal bases: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and the legitimate interest of 1239 Security in answering business enquiries.

Retention: for the duration of the exchange, then no more than three years after the last contact. The data is neither sold nor shared.

Your rights: you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@1239security.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Technical logs: the hosting provider may record the IP address, date and requested page for security purposes. These logs are kept for no more than thirty days.

Cookies and local storage

The site sets no cookies and includes no analytics, advertising or third-party resources: fonts and images are served by the site itself. The only storage is your light or dark theme choice, kept in your browser’s local storage (key 1239-theme). You can clear it from your browser settings.

Intellectual property

The texts, logos and graphic elements of the site belong to 1239 Security. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited. The Inter and Sora fonts are distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; the licence texts ship with the font files.

Links and liability

The site links to shelltr.io. 1239 Security does not control the content of third-party sites and is not responsible for their availability. The information published is indicative and may change without notice.

Governing law
